Help

If you are having difficulties using MealsOnDisk, and the user manual, training videos and FAQs haven't been able to help, then email assistance is also available.

If you require assistance with MealsOnDisk, it is possible for support staff to remotely connect to your computer to help diagnose and fix a problem. In order to do this, your computer must be running Windows XP and it must be connected to a broadband internet connection.

The remote access features of Windows XP can be accessed several ways, however we have found that the most reliable and immediate method is to make use of Windows Messenger. If Windows Messenger is not installed it can be downloaded from Microsoft. If you need assistance connecting to Messenger, a Getting Started Guide is available.

More details about installing and using Windows Messenger are provided in the MealsOnDisk manual.
