- Inactive Clients are now sorted by End Date
On the Client Details window, clients are shown in Delivery Run order.
But any clients who are Inactive won't be on a Delivery Run and will be at the end.
Currently, Inactive clients are listed alphabetically by their lastname,
but this isn't particularly useful, since you can easily use the Find function to search by their name.
Now, Inactive clients will be listed according to their End Date, which is when they became Inactive.
The first Inactive client listed will be the one who became Inactive most recently.
This should help in finding clients who recently became Inactive.
- A Client Contact List report has been added
This report can be used to confirm contact details with your clients.
It displays a page for each Active Client, listing the client's address and telephone details,
as well as the details for all their Contacts (eg family, doctor, advocate etc) as entered
on the Client Contacts window.
A large font has been used to help the clients read the page,
and it has instructions to the client to check the information,
mark up any changes and give the page back when their next meal is delivered.
- Links to Google Maps
Maps can be displayed for any Client, Client Contact and Volunteer address in MealsOnDisk.
A link has been added to each of the Client Details, Client Contacts and Volunteer Details windows.
Clicking the link will display a map of that person's address.
The maps will be displayed in a web browser and make use of the
Google Maps service.
Maps are generally accurate down to the property level right across Australia.
They can be displayed as maps or satellite images.
To make use of this feature, your computer must be connected to the internet.
While this feature makes use of the free mapping service provided by Google,
normal internet access charges from your ISP will apply.
- New option on the Help menu to open the MealsOnDisk User Guide
This new menu option will only be available if the User Guide is located in the MealsOnDisk installation folder.
The latest User Guide can be downloaded from this site.
- Changes to the Kitchen List reports
Kitchen List reports will no longer show Restricted Diet subtotals if no Diet Restrictions are needed.
Fixed a problem in v2.13 where Kitchen List reports may not display correctly.
