MealsOnDisk 2.17 Changes

• Display missing runs for Payments and Adjustments

There was a problem with Payments and Adjustments, where some delivery runs weren't displayed. The problem occurred when you viewing transaction dates in the past. It was displaying delivery run details for the current date, rather than for that date in the past. This problem has been fixed.

• Added missing MDS options

The upgrade to MDS v2 left out a couple of the new options that should have been available in the drop-down selection lists. These options have been added.
