MealsOnDisk 2.7 Changes

Widened the Client name column on the Detailed KitchenList report so long names fit
Narrowed the quantity columns on both Kitchen List reports to fit in more columns
Added Payments, Adjustments and Opening and Closing Balances to Invoice Details report
Added run description and run order (in very small font) above the client name and address on the Invoice Details report
Preference Exceptions are now listed in reverse date order so the most recent ones are at the top. New entries are still made by scrolling to the bottom of the list.
Both of the Invoice reports did not show clients in run order in all cases – fixed
Both of the Invoice reports were extremely slow on networked computers - fixed
An error occurred in some cases when entering a new preference exception that has a Begin Date and End Date of today – fixed
Added ability to print details (via a report) from Delivery History and Account History
Added the ability to access the MealsOnDisk database from another computer on the same network
Fixed problem with duplicate clients and clients moving runs
Fixed problem with clients moving to the end of the run, when the current run is selected from the list
